When you sign up for Case Zero we collect your email address and, if you give it, your first name. We use them to send you the free casebook and occasional emails about new cases and books. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the sign-up form.
Our email list is hosted by MailerLite (MailerLite Limited), which sends our emails on our behalf. This website is hosted by Cloudflare. We do not sell or rent your address to anyone.
Until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link; after you use it we stop emailing you and delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent at any time, by writing to hello@arthurmortlock.com. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
